*Be lead by a professional coach through the exercises and process your growth and understanding in four one on one sessions.

* Enjoy 4 in person sessions led by Shannon with all participants of the Lubbock Intensive. This gives some live in person teaching, opportunities to ask questions and share your experiences as well as connect with other members of our city who are walking this journey with you.
